Study Office at Campus Velbert/Heiligenhaus
The Student Office is the first point of contact for all information relating to applications, enrollment, re-registration, leave of absence, and de-registration, as well as for all types of certificates and the recognition of examination results. It also manages all study-related procedures and advises you on questions relating to your studies.

Important information for our students
In the Student Portal, you can perform the following important actions:
- You can register for and drop out of exams. Each exam must be registered for individually.
- You can view and print your transcript
- You can print a certificate of enrollment
- You can access your digital student ID
- You can access your digital MensaCard
- You can change your address and phone number.
Important: Changes such as name changes due to marriage can only be processed at the Study Office.

Important: Much of the information is distributed via the Just Social app. Communication via this app is also possible in the event of a hacker attack. You can find out how to register here.
