• Free participation: All activities included in the programme are free of charge.
• Public transportation and lunch: we provide each participant with a 4er Ticket (4 trips ticket) for public transportation in Bochum and lunch vouchers for Tuesday and Wednesday (EUR 10 per day). The tickets and vouchers will be handed out during the first on-site event.
• Other expenses: must be covered by the fixed rates of the programme
