BO Buddy Programm
Buddy Up at Hochschule Bochum – Connect, Learn, and Share!
The BO Buddy Program is a semester-long initiative that connects local students with international students. The goal is to:
- Help international students settle in and feel at home
- Encourage cultural exchange and friendship
- Build a supportive community on campus
Local students (“Buddies”) support international students with questions about studies, campus life, and everyday life in Bochum, while learning about new cultures and building their own international network.
Who can join?
Local Students
Students enrolled at Hochschule Bochum who want to support international peers and gain intercultural experience.
International Students
Students coming to Bochum for a full degree or exchange who want support in their first semester and opportunities to meet local students.
